I have lived in government housing in Ontario, Canada, all my life. I am in my mid-30's  and am still at this theatre, sitting on the edge of my f*cking seat! But no matter where you are, thanks to this amazing thing called the Internet, I can share with you all of the stories I have collected in memory and am still experiencing new ones on the daily. It never ceases to amaze me! And I hope the same for you as well.

The idea for this blog came from a neighbour, also in housing, who pointed at the building, and said, "This! This is your 100 million dollar home, Anita. Write about it!" The original idea was for a book, but I thought it would be more practical to write a blog, instead.

So... whether you live in housing or you're one of the lucky ones who don't live in a 100 million dollar home like I do, either way, I am here to bring you stories that will make you wish you had more popcorn.
